The Stockholm Centre for the Rights of the Child is a research Centre at the Faculty of Law. Within the Centre research dealing with legal issues, concerning children and children's rights is conducted. The projects are often both legally interdisciplinary as well as multidisciplinary in that both theories and methods from other fields of sciences are used. The research is also often conducted in collaboration with researchers from other faculties at Stockholm University and other universities in Sweden and abroad. The researchers with connection to the Centre are part of both national, Nordic and international networks of researchers and there is also a large network consisting of practitioners and organizations with focus on child law and children’s rights connected to the Centre.
